Wandering Wednesday – Romantic Places

“Perhaps it is our imperfections that make us so perfect for one another!” ― Jane Austen, Emma

So tomorrow is Valentine’s Day! While I’m not one to all out celebrate this day, MH and I do use it as an excuse to go out for a nice dinner, usually at a place we haven’t been to before.

For this post today, I wanted to show some pictures of places I have been that I felt were romantic, or just gushy in some way.

A secluded beach we spent half a day on when we were on our honeymoon in Fiji.

Mostly secluded, there was a lady walking around with a machete. No really.

A simple moment on the beach in Maui.

Ah soy, I miss you sometimes.

The water lily pond at Claude Monet’s home in France.

I guess I have to include the Eiffel Tower. Although ironically, never visited it with MH when I was visiting him. BUT the energy around it is very loving. :)

The Berlin Dome covered in snow at night, has such a beautiful glow to it.

And then there is this, seen from the top of the Dome. MH swears it wasn’t him and was a coincidence, but it was still a sweet moment.

I think this is amazing. <3

Disneyland in the winter season is one of my favorite places and I always cry during the fireworks? Why is that.

Sunset from the top of Haleakalā in Maui.

Amazing.

And I have to include Laguna Beach. More specifically, this cove where MH and I were married. :)
